About
I’m a tattooed pixie who originally went to school to become an elementary school teacher. After realizing that wasn’t the life I was meant to lead, I entered the realm of publishing and became enamored by it, even if it barely paid the bills. After a number of years, one of my neighbors suggested I float him my resume just for kicks. And that’s how I ended up on an oncology launch—my first foray into the arena of pharmaceutical advertising.
I took a bit of a hiatus from 2012-2016 when my father passed away suddenly. During that time, I got heavily into bodybuilding and the paleo diet. I contributed to a book about women in strength training and also started my own primal baking business. My business didn’t succeed, but I learned so much about nutrition, food science, and how expensive ingredients can be.

Toward the end of 2016, I decided to take a chance and moved across the country to get back into the advertising industry and be closer to my nephew. As someone who was born and raised on the east coast, I soon realized my west coast move was not the right one.

In the summer of 2022, I headed back east to re-establish my roots and embrace the changing of the seasons once again.
